How'd you like those inverted rows? I was noticing that you didn'r elevate your feet high enough when you were doing them. Maybe add a plate or two, or the blue foam on top of the bench. I was going to tell you this tues, but then Kim asked me to help her...and well, I forgot. Good work btw...
