Box squat Buffalo bar, briefs - 440, 460, 480 x 1
RDL - 3 x 6 at 225
Front Squats - 3 sets (1st time to try this)
Abs - 3 sets

I have to bench tomorrow, on the slim chance anyway else has to train early.
