Sluggish session. I've been very drained lately and need to eat more before training.

145 x 0 - this was easy months ago :|

Still having trouble setting up properly for every set on the Forza bench. I'll probably go back to benching flat footed in a few weeks.

Had so much caffeine today I couldn't keep track of my squats..

Squats
185 x 3
205 x 2 - bar was too high and threw off my form so I racked it
205 x 4 (x2)
205 x 3 - felt like I did 4 from the pressure building but it was only 3 :oops:
205 x 4 - extra set to make up ^

45 degree hyper
4 sets

Abs
5 sets

Completed Smolov! I was pretty nervous about today (95%x4x3) but it wasn't that bad.

Tuesday 4/2

Squat - opener

165 x 3
185 x 1
195 x 1
210 x 1 - much easier than expected

I've been feeling pretty crummy and wasn't excited for the meet at all, but having 210 go up easier than ever before made me feel pretty good.
