* haven't used this much chain before....but for reference, i did 375 with straight weight 3 weeks ago so i'm pretty happy with the above

* Going to shirt up every other week and do more reps so that I can put in more work on learning shirted technique. And with that, I'm only going to bench once a week & dedicate Tuesdays solely to back (especially upper back) work.
